Credible Home Care, LLC  is a limited partnership-owned business that puts people first and strives to provide credible services to the people in the DC Metro Area.  CHC, LLC  is owned completely by healthcare professionals and people with experience in the delivery of healthcare services. It is a one-stop health care services company that provides residential and day program services to persons with disabilities. Our agency serves adults of all ages with safe, secure, and of the highest quality services.
In the District of Columbia, we provide residential services to individuals with disabilities within the framework of the Human Care Agreement. Credible Home Care, LLC coordinates numerous aspects of our residents’ care and offers a full range of healthcare services. We have a large network of medical professionals and compassionate support staff who work with the residents to ensure a fulfillment of their potentials.
All staff of the agency are experienced and carefully screened to meet the needs of the persons we serve. They are selected after an in-depth interview, which encompasses the following:
  • Assessing commitment to professionalism and willingness to comply with the company’s policies and procedures;
  • Documentation of clinical proficiency through skills checking;
  • Neat, courteous, friendly and mature;
  • Verifications of licensure/certification in good standing with the State’s Boards;
  • Positive professional and personal references;
  • Comprehensive physicals including TB test and or chest X-ray and drug screening; and,
  • Nationwide Criminal background check.

Recognizing and ensuring that each of the persons that we serve is viewed as unique, Credible Home Care, LLC has the mission to provide persons served with a credible, supportive and enabling environment that nurtures their abilities to function independently to the best of their abilities and supports them to become valuable members of their community.
Our goal therefore will be to remain credible and truthful to the core while serving our special needs community with respect, dignity and integrity, as we accompany them in achieving their individual life goals.
