Credible Home Care's (CHC) residential services program maintains a training programming all round the clock, laying emphasis on safety, providing  comfortable facilities, keeping a  fun and active recreational schedule, creative, compassionate staffing full of empathy, and active community involvement.  At CHC, LLC we  promote independence while recognizing meaningful and gratifying vocation and working towards giving a meaningful life to our persons supported. We help with vocation , while supervising and counseling , and working with local employers to place our participants in the community in either part or full-time positions.

Credible Home Care, LLC. is a company that recognizes each person's uniqueness by implementing person-centered care. To continue in our mission of providing Credible health care services in a supportive, and enabling environment which nurtures their abilities to function independently to the best of their abilities, CHC's  day programs aim to facilitate the development of the participants' skills, while providing a welcoming and stimulating environment.
Credible Home Care, LLC  welcomes all persons. Our scope of rehabilitation is focused on serving persons with ID/DD, and Pervasive Developmental Disorders, such as Autism. We develop a systematic person-centered approach with the collaboration of the person, the family members, their support team and our team of professionals. Our goal is to remain credible and truthful to the core while serving our special needs community with respect, dignity & integrity, compassion, as accompany them in achieving their individual life goals.
Day Program FacilitiesAlthough we are primarily community based, we are working towards acquiring fixed sites  that are neat, welcoming, accessible and ready to meet the needs of the participants and their programs.
